To reduce water usage, rainwater can be collected and used to flush toilets, water landscapes, and feed campus equipment. Princeton captures rainwater, condensate from air handling units, and blowdown water from chillers throughout campus. Reclaiming water in this way reduces the University's demand for municipal water and adds up to big environmental savings.
