The Princeton Garden Project celebrated autumn with their annual festival on Saturday, October 12th. The Fall Festival featured Nomad Pizza topped with the garden’s own fresh veggies, and Bent Spoon lemon balm sorbet made with the garden’s herbs.
Students, staff and parents enjoyed the beautiful weather, good company and delicious food.
In other garden related news, the students are working with Facilities to create cold frames for the Forbes garden to extend the growing season. The Garden Project will also be partnering with The Pace Center to welcome Community House students to the garden in the months ahead.
