Leaders organize, train and oversee all other EcoReps in leading Greening Dorm activities each semester.

Greening Events (2-3 Leaders): This initiative is aimed at designing and executing a streamlined solution for low-waste events on campus, both large and small. Leaders coordinate and implement low-waste events across campus and serve as a resource for students and staff holding events.

Additionally, they will be in charge of forming partnerships with local charities to donate items to during both Move Outs as well as hiring strong, reliable student workers. Move Out Leaders are expected to oversee the EcoReps Fall Resale to completion, predetermining which items to store for the Move-In Resale in the fall and coordinating all aspects of the sale.
