A new six-week lunch discussion series, “The 21 Day Plant-Based Experience,” is set to begin this March. The program, hosted by the Office of Sustainability in collaboration with campus partners, will feature brief presentations followed by discussions about the implications of plant-based diets with experts in personal and community health, nutrition, sustainability, ethics, faith, and farming. During the final three weeks of the series, participants will have the opportunity to follow a plant-based diet, with coaching and support. Cookbooks, a guide to local plant-based dining options, and other helpful resources will be provided. The series will end with a catered plant-based meal and group reflection on the experience.
The weekly program will run on Mondays, from March 25 through April 29, 2019 from Noon to 1:20 PM. Lunches are included.

This program is hosted by the Office of Sustainability in collaboration with partners from across campus, and is supported by a grant from the High Meadows Foundation Sustainability Fund. Campus partners include 2D, Princeton Garden Project, The Pink House, The Office of Religious Life, Campus Dining, The Farminary Project at Princeton Theological Seminary, and Princeton Facilities Fit.
This program is free and open to Princeton University students, faculty, and staff only. Those interested must submit an interest form by March 8th 2019. Seats are limited!
