Virtual Nature Walk is a 1 hour 30 minute guided walk. We will take the time to connect to nature using the technology we have to help encourage you to get outside, even if only virtually. This walk with be structured by a series of invitations, including a guided sensory awareness in the beginning. You can join in from wherever you are, in your backyard, porch, balcony, living room sitting by a window. Please have headphones, one ear in so you can listen to the guiding, and one to listen to what is around you. More instructions will be shared before the walk.

Led by Alexandra Crowley, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Counseling and Psychological Services

This event will be live streamed over Zoom video conference. To participate, you must pre-register for each walk individually. Visit the event pages for more information.
