This winter, gently used winter hats and gloves will be collected in the clear, tubular recycling bin at the GreenSpace Kiosk (located on the 100 level of Frist Campus Center). The collection will be held until early March.
Items will be donated to the Trenton Rescue Mission.
Not sure what to do with that pen that just ran out of ink?
At the GreenSpace kiosk at Frist, you can recycle spent writing instruments, including pens, mechanical pencils, markers, permanent markers, and more. Just look for the tall clear blue cylinder next to the GreenSpace, on the 100-level across from Café Vivian.
A new exhibit has been installed at the GreenSpace Kiosk at Frist Campus Center that features the Sustainable Fashion Initiative and social entrepreneurship. The exhibit features sustainably designed dresses and textiles, as well as products including Ubomi Bead jewelry and a FEED Project tote bag, which are made by companies founded by Princeton social entrepreneurs. The Greenspace Kiosk is located across from Cafe Vivian. Come visit!
A new interactive sustainability kiosk will soon be installed in the Frist Campus Center. Inspired largely by student interest, the Office of Sustainability and the Office of the University Architect are partnering with two New York-based architectural and graphic design firms – Matter Practice and Pure+Applied – to develop the project. A detailed design refinement process will begin this month with student, staff and faculty input. The kiosk will be installed during the 2011-2012 academic year.
