Barton Seaver and Executive Director of Princeton University Campus Dining Smitha Haneef will discuss a more defined path for the future of food systems and sustainability in Campus Dining that is “Good for you, good for the Earth.” Learn how you can help make a difference at Princeton one meal at a time.

Barton Seaver is on a mission to restore our relationship with the ocean, the land and with each other—through dinner. His work has been featured in publications such as Cooking Light, O: The Oprah Magazine, Every Day with Rachael Ray, Martha Stewart’s Whole Living, the Washington Post and Fortune and has appeared on CNN, NPR’s All Things Considered and Weekend Edition and 20/20.
